ACES screening and response can only have optimal outcomes when they occur in the context of an organization that translates values of diversity, equity and inclusion into all aspects of policy, procedure and practice. &nbsp;This toolkit provides practical examples, concrete strategies, and tools designed to identify structural inequities and implement&nbsp;practices that eliminate barriers to health equity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-button gb-block-button\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cthc.ucsf.edu\/triads\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/02\/triads-equity-final.pdf\" class=\"gb-button gb-button-shape-square gb-button-size-medium\" style=\"color:#ffffff;background-color:#649B65\">Download PDF<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"framework\">TRIADS Implementation Approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The TRIADS Implementation Approach provides a model for trauma-informed health care that targets patients\u2019 adversity, distress, and strengths to promote healing. This approach places ACEs screening and response in an organizational context that upholds healthcare values of equity and trauma-informed, wellness-focused care; a safe and welcoming clinic environment; and the informed participation of patients.
