We recruited and identified 11 PCAB members representative of patient populations of the clinics enrolled in the CALQIC Learning Collaborative. We believe we fairly compensated the PCAB for consulting with us and sharing their expertise on the lives and experiences of low-income patients and caregivers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe benefited tremendously from the honest and authentic perspectives and experiences of patients and their caregivers, as well as from the expertise of PCAB members who worked as community-based providers to populations reflective of CALQIC patient populations.
